Privacy Policy
Effective: October 11, 2026
This policy explains what data the Order Book War app for Android and the website orderbookwar.com (together, the “Service”) collect and how it is used. The Service has no accounts, no sign-in and no ads.
Data we collect
Usage analytics
We use Google Firebase Analytics (in the app) and Google Analytics (on the website) to understand how the Service is used. They collect:
- an app instance identifier or a browser cookie identifier;
- device and browser information: model, operating system, language, screen size, app version;
- approximate location (country, region) derived from the IP address;
- usage events: app launches, sessions, the trading pairs you open, use of features such as levels, the guessing game and the info screen.
Crash reports
The app uses Firebase Crashlytics. When the app crashes, it sends a crash report with the device state, the app version and the trading pair open at that moment.
Data stored only on your device
Your settings — favourite pairs, sound, zoom, language, levels and guess statistics — are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.
Data we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, exchange accounts, API keys or any financial data. The Service only reads public market data (order books, trades and prices) from the exchange; no personal data is sent to the exchange other than what any internet request contains (such as your IP address).
How we use the data
Only to measure how the Service is used, to find and fix crashes and to improve the Service. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Third parties
Analytics and crash data are processed by Google LLC as our service provider: Google Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information. Market data is loaded from Binance public APIs: Binance Privacy Notice.
Retention
Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings (no longer than 14 months). Crash reports are kept by Crashlytics for up to 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can reset the advertising / analytics identifier in your device settings, block cookies in your browser, or uninstall the app to stop all collection. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing; contact us at the address below.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy; the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
